Hi everyone, I have the following problem:
if I call the switchboard from any phone, the quality of the voice message is good. however, if the phone is connected to the car's bluetooth, the voice message is incomprehensible. car bluetooth works perfectly with any other type of phone call. what do you think the problem is? thank you

Maybe it's a codecs issue. What codecs do you have in your PBX ? What do you mean by "call the switchboard" ?

Car is paired with your GSM and you call your company and have bad quality on an IVR ? I need more details :)

my architecture is the following:

  1. 3cx internal to the LAN <-> SIP Gateway / PRI <-> PRI Router
  2. i used codec GSM / G722 / G729
  • when my phone is connected to the car bluetooth the quality of the voice message is poor
  • when my phone NOT connected to the car bluetooth the quality of the voice message is good. obviously I call using the telephone operator and not the 3cx app

So the issue only occurs when:

  • Making a SIM card call via your carrier
  • Only when calling your trunk
  • Only via car bluetooth

?

If problem occurs only with 3CX app, then you need to remove use of BT for now , there's some complaints about BT not working properly with 3CX app, for now the best is to disable this for 3CX waiting for a fix in new app version.

I did another test. if you call via a GSM provider without Bluetooth, the voice is perfect. clear conversation. if I make the call with the mobile phone connected to the car's bluetooth, the conversation is very poor, quite incomprehensible. it takes place both on calls from internal to external and from outside to inside

Run a capture on your PBX to ensure that the PBX transmits clear audio, and then scratch it off your list and move to the next component

Given that the audio is good all the way up to your mobile phone and only breaks when going to the bluetooth module, I would at least try a different bluetooth speakerphone/headset to see if the issue occurs only in the car bluetooth module.
