Problem with Digital Receptionist in Version3.1.2434.0

The digital receptionist will not consistently answer incoming calls.

The calls come in and ring but the DR will not pick up. Other times the DR works fine. It seems random but happens 50% or the time.

Anyone have any idea what is going on?
