Hello dear community,

I'm facing a bit of a problem with the forwarding settings in the status options and I'm hoping someone can help me out. It seems that the settings are not working properly and I don't know what I am doing wrong.

With the individual fog stations and associated DNDs, there is the phenomenon that is not what happens with the extensions set when the individual DND is absent.
Sometimes you are put on hold, sometimes on the mailbox of the extension. However, all extensions are actually set up to forward to a specific queue. This suddenly no longer works for many of them. Saving again did not help.

Does anyone have an idea what I might have overlooked or how I can solve the problem?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi,
A lot of things can determine where the call is going:
Made a list that you can check:

Follow these steps, to find out where the call should go:
- Check if extension has 'Exeptions', this has top priority.
- Check if extension is registered, if not: follow status 'Available' -> 'If I am busy or my phone is unregistered, forward calls to:'
- Check if 'Accept multiple calls' is enabled or not.
- Determine if Call from Queue, if yes: check setting: 'Log out from queues'
- Determine if Call from RingGroup, if yes: check setting: 'Accept calls from Ring Groups'
- If Extension is using GSM-APP, check if: 'Accept Push Notifications' is set, also check Phone provisioning (3CX APP) -> 'Enable Push notifications'
- At last you check the Extension status: 'Available', 'Away', 'Do Not Disturb', 'Available 2', 'Out of Office 2'
combine this with Internal or External call, this will provide you the direction the call will be set to.

Hope this helps
