Problem with Huawei

Hi,

A customer complains about a problem with Huawei and the mobile app, when she listens to the voicemail audio the message starts on the phone's music player and not like on the samsung inside the app.

Can anyone help me on this? Because we have samsung and iphone, we cannot understand or test this problem

are speaking about voicemail directly available from App or an audio file received in attachment in a mail coming from voicemail?

because if this is the second case then most surely wav file are associated to audio player so it could explain why this is player and not app who plays the file

Depending on the device, the manufacturer may offer a built-in audio/music app that can play the voicemail audio files by default. For Huawei this setting is controlled from Android Settings > Apps & notifications > Default apps > Music.
