Problem with last update, making call

Hi all! From the last update some of my users, only when they make a call, android call app goes over the 3cx app, as in the video that I attach. Could you help me? Thanks a lot

Hi Achille!

First, could you please go to Settings --> Advanced and here, check the "Car/Bluetooth support (Telecom API)".
If it is checked, uncheck it and try again.
If it is unchecked, check it and try again.

Also, could you please tell us the make/model your device is and what Android version it is running?

Hi thanks a lot for your kindly answer! It works now! Unflagged it and works

We are using Ulefone Armor X8 with Android V10, kernel 4.9.190

That's great! Unfortunately not all Android phones support the Telecom API, so in come cases it needs to be unchecked
