problem with linksys wip330 and cl800i wi-fi phones

Dear all
i am having 3cx system installed and running i am very happy with the system. i have a problem with linksys wip330 and cl-800i wi-fi phones when i use digital receptionist. if calls are coming from FXO ports, calls are first transfered to digital receptionist and from there if i transfer to above mentioned phones calls are not transfering, phone display will blink once and no reaction after that. i am using many other gateways and zyxel wi-fi phones it is working fine . zyxel works fine but battery life is very less. so i wanted to shift to cl-800i it is almost same as linksys wip330 ( this model is discontinued and it is not working with multiple access points). today i called specialist from cl-800i distributer he checked and told me that cl-800i will not support peer to peer connections and need poxy. when digital recetionist is used it is treated as peer to peer ( that is what he told me). is there any way to change setting in digital receptionist?. it is really a problem with digital receptionist when i tried transferring all FXO calls directly to cl-800i it works fine.

if any one solved this problem pls let me know

Please set "PBX delivers audio=on" for all destinations (extensions) where "phone display will blink once and no reaction after that" in case of specified call scenario.

Just try to receive call from FXO and then transfer it to one of the "problematic" phones.

In manage PSTN line we have options like incomming call has to be transfered to some particular extension or to digital recetionist or some more options like extenal line, voice mail etc. in that if i transfer directly to these phones it works fine when i select digital reception and from there if i transfer to these phones it is not working.

Did you ever get this to work because i have the same problem with the Digital Receptionist and my wip 330 phone - try to transfer from the DR to the WIP, phone lights up, no ring, nothing - works fine it i call it directly or use it to call another extension directly.

Let me know if you got t his solved - certainly, the suggestion to set 'supports re-invite to off' for this extension did not make any difference for me.

Sorry, but the problem you described is not related to winmax which is getting more popular. I thinks you should report this issue to suppliers of asus wimax router, cl800i and wip330.

I called technical person form cl-800i and he sat in my office for half day and studied and he couldn't find out this problem he studied all net work traffic with wireshark logs and other network traffic tracing tools. we had zyxel p-200w-v2, linksys wip330 and cl0800i all are wi-fi phones in that zyxel is working fine and other two are not working. i brought a new asus wimax router with 2 fxs ports this router also having same type of problem. the technical person from cl-800i told me that when it is trasfered through DR traffic starts directly, not through proxy that is why this problem happens. same type of error with this three model devises, so there is not point in calling tech support from diff brands . i personnaly tried all the combinations of settings nothing is happening in this case(like pbx delivery on / off, reinvite etc) . i am having around 60 extensions with various FXS and FXO gateways it all works fine only with the above said devices i am having problem .
After all this i think there is some problem with transfering calls through digital receptionist. all other combinations are working fine. Only incomming calls from FXO port transfered to these devices through digital receptionist are having problem.

I purchased 3cx and i got tech support . it will help in some way to solve this problem? please let me know in detail

Might it be the problem of "reference design" which is used by all of these products?

P.S. you can try to perform blind transfer from any of your 60 devices (which are working good) to these devices (which are having this problem). Are there any differences?

I believe you know what it is.
Blind/Mute transfer is slang definition of following scenario:
Using SIP phones:
You receive call, speak to "initiator of call", press transfer then dial number of "new party". Right after "new party" answers the call - "initiator of call" and "new party" will be connected directly and your extension will be disconnected from initial call. You can " hang up the receiver" before "new party" answers.
Attendant transfer:
You receive call, speak to "initiator of call", put call on hold then make second call to "new party". "new party" answers call and you speak to "new party". Then, you press transfer button and then OK. "initiator of call" and "new party" will be connected directly and both calls on your extension will be ended.
