Problem with Polycom Ip7000 provisioning

Sirs,

I'm just updated my IPBX from elastix 2.5 to 3cx elastix v15. Everything is OK regarding the phone, except with Polycom IP 7000. As I don't have a DHCP server, I tryied to provisioning manually trought its web interface (https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/manually-provision-polycom-soundstation/).

The Polycom IP 7000 firmware was the recommended (Polycom 7000 - SIP Firmware 4.0.10) and I just upgraded to the newer version.

The problem is that Polycom IP 7000 can't access the .cfg files, as described on the log below. Now, I cant access the admin GUI ou WEB Interface with the password 456 or 123456.

Does anybody can help me?

Put that Phone IP (Assuming you made it Static) into the whitelist for now...
Now reset phone to factory.

I do not have Polycoms to help with... Not sure what it is looking for as far as a Config file is concerned.

Thanks for reply. I did that a couple of times with no success. I can't reset to factory as the admin password was changed by 3cx when tryed to provisioning.

As per the provisioning guide, make sure your provisioning folder looks something like this:


Also, do another simple test.
From a PC on the same LAN as the Polycom, open a browser and enter the provisioning link along with the .cfg filename at the end that the phone tries to download. E.g.:

http://[3CX Server IP address]:[HTTP Port]/provisioning/1130mko2eq/aa11bb22cc33.cfg
or
http://192.168.1.100:5000/provisioning/1130mko2eq/aa11bb22cc33.cfg

You should get prompted to download the CFG file.
