Hello im beginner

i create a digital receptionist and i set a queue that have 4 extension (seller)
costumers that call our sale queue i set a round robin strategy for sellers. but when a Costumer A1 call and connect to Extension E1 then when the A1 call again the sale queue conect to E2 (round robin) .

i want to set a option that a costumer A1 call and connect to E1 then again called our queue again connect to that E1 and when E1 cannot answere connect to another Extension .

can i have this option in 3cx?

I think you will need to look at a CFD that stores the data of the first call, then can do a lookup for the next call and send directly to the extension.

The first step is to log who answered each call. This could be done by either monitoring real-time events using the 3CX Call Control API, or by parsing CDR files and placing the data into a database.

Second, as Craigreilly said, you would need to route all inbound calls to a Call Flow Designer (CFD) application. This application would access the database and look up whether this caller was previously connected to an agent. If so, the CFD would need to check the availability of the agent before forwarding the call directly to the agent. If the agent is not available, the CFD would route the call to the queue.

When looking up in the database who spoke to the caller most recently, You probably would want to exclude any calls older than X. For example, if the last time the contact called was 6 months ago, it probably doesn't need to be routed back to the same agent.

can you help me to solve this

im very beginner and im new to 3cx

If it wasn't clear, we are talking about custom programming. This is not a trivial task. If you would like to engage our services, we can certainly help develop a solution for you.
