Problem with SNOM 720 - Packet Loss

Hi,

I have a problem with the integration of snom 720 phones to the 3CX phone system.

If a make a connection test to the snom phones I'm getting packet loss of 30 %.

How can i solve this?

Any hints very appreciated!
