Problem with soft-phone in Windows 7

I am having a problem of using soft-phone (windows client) in windows 7 Operating System.

Problem is Answer button is hidden so have to answer from desk-phone.

We are not using for Hotdesking and we do not use any hotdesking features of 3cx with snom320 phone.
We use as a normal login phone and communication

Phone is used as a call center phone, where 3 to 4 people login per a day.

How do people login if the phones are already provisioned? Or do you mean they login to the PC and everybody uses the same extension?

We have made extension for all the people who will be using the phone, first they will login to phone then login separately to client..
Phones are not set to one client but to many...
