problem with two locations and one server

I have a next problem.

I have a 3cx server installed on lan 1 and 2 IP phones( on the same LAN), and one Ip phone installed on lan 2. Both LANs have a IP static adresses. I can make a phone call from LAN1 to LAn 2, but it is not possible from LAN2 to LAN1.I got a on server status next following messages.

how I can solve this problem?

The stun server entries resolve to stun.xten.com and stun.ekiga.com

We will be changing to different stun servers tomorrow. However its best to change the entries to your providers stun server... For example stun.sipgate.net:10000 is a very fast and good stun server

or try any other stun server
stun.ekiga.net
stun.ideasip.com
stun01.sipphone.com
stun.fwdnet.net
