My 3CX is hosted in the cloud with OVH and is located in Germany. My SIP provider is Weepee in Belgium. My IP-address is registered correctly at Weepee as I see the IP-address of the 3CX install in their portal.

Inbound calls work, outbound calls don't work. Here I get either Invite request no response error or Forbidden.

In the Dashboard of 3CX I only see these kind of errors:
Call or Registration to 0031611xxxxxx@(Ln.10000@Weepee) has failed. 35.190.216.220 replied: 403 Forbidden; from IP:35.190.216.220:5060

Call or Registration to 004920151xxxxxx@(Ln.10000@Weepee) has failed. 35.205.148.73 replied: 403 Forbidden; from IP:35.205.148.73:5060

I don't recognize the IP-address 35.205.148.73 and I don't know where to search for a problem. It did work however and I am not aware of any changes to the settings, so are really wondering what can cause this problem.

The firewall test in 3CX shows everything in green, so no errors here on firewall issues, but still something seems to be wrong

Hope somebody has a good advise.

The IP address 35.205.148.73 that you don't recognize is probably coming from the providers SBC or Proxy server. As longs as the .220 address you can confirm if the providers end details you should be fine.

A 403 FORBIDDEN – commonly is when the SIP Server has received the client request but won’t provide the service. Such as a conference the client has not been registered for.

On the 3CX PBX the only thing I would relate Forbidden to is the "Country codes" section of the PBX.
Check you have the number you are trying to dials country code allowed in this section. I would also check your outbound rules as well and confirm you have an outbound rule for this trunk:

Hello @UnDutchable30

Both the IP addresses belong to Weepee as they have multiple SRV records so the error is coming from them. A 403 forbidden message could mean that your either blacklisted on their side of that there is something wrong with how the outbound calls are formatted. Make sure that your trunk is setup with the 3CX provided template and that you are not sending an invalid outbound caller ID as Weepee does not support Clip No Screening.
