We have with the Yealink T58A phones the problem that if only one side speaks at a time the quality is good, but if you talk into each other then the outgoing sound is hard to understand.

The external caller on the Yealink is always good to understand only hears
this one on the Yealink talking good only when he himself says nothing.

A confirmed "yes" or "mmh" is enough and at that moment the sound coming from the Yealink becomes almost incomprehensible.

Speaking both disciplined one after the other everything is great.

If you replace the Teleon with a Snom there is no problem.

We have already tried all codecs, also "PBX transmits audio",
nothing helps.

Are there any special settings in Yealink for such a problem?

Have you confirmed that this is an issue for this particular Yealink model/firmware/settings, or is this a problem with this one phone. In other words, have you swapped out the phone with another Yealink T58A? Have you tried swapping just the handset? Done a "factory reset" and re-provisioned?

Thank you for your feedback.

Yes, there are a total of 34 devices in use,
all have the same problem.

The newer firmware from the Yealink site has already been tested, unfortunately without improvement.
