PROBLEMA CON 3CX SOFTPHONE

Hola, tengo el siguiente problema con los equipos softphone, pues no timbran cuando tienen llamada entrante.

Llamada entre softphones android---- no timbra
llamada de telèfono fìsico a softphone android --- no timbra.
Llamada de softphone android a telèfono fìsico- el telèfono si timbra

Hi @Manuelhorus, thanks for the feedback. What about chat notifications? Is this happening to all Android devices? Try turning off/on the wifi and try again, please.

Hola, [USER = 133524] @Manuelhorus [/ USER], gracias por los comentarios. ¿Qué pasa con las notificaciones de chat? ¿Esto está sucediendo en todos los dispositivos Android? Intente apagar / encender el wifi y vuelva a intentarlo, por favor.

Que tal, el problema se resolviò activando keep conect, pero en IOS de iphone no me aparece està opciòn y sigue sin timbrar al recibir las llamadas, las notificaciones push estàn activadas tanto en el iphone como en la plataforma de mi 3cx.

If turning on "Keep Active" solved your Android problem while iOS still don't receive push, then it means your network environment is seriously misconfigured for both Android/Apple push notifications so if you're the PBX administrator I suggest you to open a ticket with our tech support for troubleshooting.
