Hello,
I have an installation where the customer complains about his outgoing phones on the portable snom M65. Before everithing was fine. After i did the upgrade from V15 to V16 he started to complain. To make is more complicated.
what works:
- all cals from the standard snom phones lik D715
- all incomming phone calls from outside or inside to the M65 phones.
- all outgoing intern calls inside between M65 or M65 to D715.
What not works:
- outgoing calls from M65 to outside numbers. It takes a will and than it gives 2 tones and disconnect.
Before and after the update the config of the 3cx is never changed. Te config is even for 3 years never changed.
So my first gues was to reboot the M700. I tried to reach it but the passwod dos not work. wierd because it is correct. I did had dis before also after a reconfig and update it was ok. Now again the same. It looks that it vorget the config. So i searchd after th provision file on the 3cx to retrieve to hope to retrieve the password in the file..... it looks that i cant find the provisionfile ??
Any idea ?? Extra info this is a multicell M700 enviroment. On a second site it looks that i have the same problem to acces the M700.
