Problems updating Phonebook

Can anyone advise please.

I want to update the company phone book in 3CX but I'm having problems as each time I load the CSV file I get the error :

"an exception occurred Phonebook error: Index was outside the bounds of the array"

Below is a sample csv file I've been testing with (telephone numbers changed to 9's)

It all looks correct to me and I've even copied an extract from the existing phone book to create this..


However!

Oops sorry should have added

3cx V12 running on a win 7 system.

Can you please confirm that you are running 3CX Phone System 12 SP3? If you could also send me the CSV file that would be helpful as well

I've attached a file which has successfully imported into my phone system. Please try the following:

1. import the file as is to see if your phone system will accept the file
2. try adding one more contact into this file, save the file, and try importing again
3. If both of the above import OK then add all your contacts into this file, save, and import one last time

If you get the same error on step 2 or 3 then it may be that the phonebook isn't being saved correctly.
