Problems with 3cx App for windows

Good morning, I have a problem using the 3cx for windows app. If used as Deskphone I can't make any international calls, while if used as softphone it works.
Does anyone know this problem?

Check what number the deskphone is sending in the activity log.

Assuming both devices are the same EXT.

You might have an issue with the "+" sign. The softphone can send it to the PBX and can also convert it to "00". The deskphone cannot do that. Check the format of the number you are trying to send to the PBX and try again.
