I have 3CX v5 setup for a client with an AudioCodes MP-114 FXO gateway. They are also uning Grandstream GXP-2000 handsets.
Everything is working with the exception of Attended Transfers. I can Blind Transfer just fine, but with an attended Transfer it hangs up the calling party and leaves the party being transfered to on hold.
I have played around with the Replaces Header and Allow SIP Re-invite settings to no avail.
I believe that this is a new bug as it worked fine before upgrading to v5 (from v3)
If not any help would be appreciated.
We have worked around it for the time being by having the receptionist place the caller on hold; call the intended party and anounce the call. they both hangup and she goes back to the party on hold and does a blind transfer.
