Problems with call pickup from the 3CX Windows App

Good morning everyone, from the app for windows is it possible to do call pickup? I've tried testing but it doesn't seem to work.

If you have a Pro/Ent license one option is the Switchboard, called Receptionist View in the Windows client. Click the 3 blue dots to show those options. Right click the call to pick it up.
