Hello,

I have two systems at different locations connected via a bridge.
I now have the problem that when a call is made using the internal number, a callback from the call history is not possible. It seems that the wrong number is being transmitted.

The number being called back only consists of +49 and the caller's internal extension, e.g., "+497856."

The prefix in the outgoing rule is "0," and the rule is at the top.

The first digit is removed and nothing is added to the front, and nothing is entered for the outgoing number.

If I call using the full number, everything works without problems.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thank you very much.

I am going to assume from the little information provided that the bridge has a prefix of +49 in the bridge configuration

This will add the number to any extension coming over the bridge connection.

If this is the case, then you just need to create an outbound rule which would be a prefix of +49 with a length of 7, and strip the 3 digits before sending it out. This would not affect longer PSTN numbers coming through

Hi,

thanks for you response, i have prefix of "0" in the bridge configuration. What additional information can i provide you for a better understanding of the problem?

Thank you

Can you provide screenshots of your bridge configuration on both ends? And an example call flow of who called who and what showed up on the phones.
