Glad you got that resolved.
Just as an FYI for everyone, what I always recommend when troubleshooting audio issues is to always troubleshoot as close to the source of the problem as possible.
Always do a packet capture from the PBX to establish where the problem lays. If the PBX is receiving junk audio, it will relay that through to the end point.
If the audio is coming in as junk from the provider, take it to the firewall and do a capture from that.
If the bad audio is internal, you can do a capture on your IP Phones too.
