Hi all

Brand new Version 20.0 Update 5 installation. (Enterprise 32 SC) Azure Hosted.

Scenario:
124 Users, 3 SIP Trunk providers. Multi-language installation (English, German, Spanish and Danish).

Problem:
I want all calls to the main number to be filtered down to 4 different IVR (one for each language).

Starting with the Danish trunk:
Default trunk rule: send to IVR-MainMenuUK
Added a single CID Rule (+45*) route to IVR-MainMenuDK.

When this rule is active, ALL +45* calls is directed to the IVR-MainMenuDK.
No DDI numbers can be reached, if you call from a +45* number.

Removing CID rule, it now works fine, but all +45* calls get IVR-MainMenuUK

In v18, I would put the "DK filter" below all the DDI numbers in "Inbound Rules"... How do I do this in V20?

You cannot. CID rules supersede DID rules. If a CID rule is matched then the call will follow that rule. Also CIDs are per trunk so all calls from a +45* number will route to the CID destination regardless of which DID is being called.

So how do I filter "Danish +45*" calls to get a Danish menu? and the rest get an English Menu?

Just a thought. You could create a call script for some DIDs and intercept calls to those DIDs via a call script. Call scripts intercept calls before hitting the CID rules. There is already a script in Update 5 called "Inbound DID routing". You can add if from the store.
Try it and see if it works for you.
