I am planning on doing a 10 phone system using the 3cx cloud hosted version with an onsite SBC. I would like to provision and program all phones, users, extensions, etc from my offsite location and then when I go onsite, everything will already be mostly done. If I setup the SBC static IP at the setup/offsite location to use the same LAN static IP address that it will have onsite once installed, will this work correctly without any other changes needing to be done, and the phones provisioning correctly to the same extensions they had at the offsite location?

Anyone see any problems in doing this....or, how are you guys currently configuring systems that are then deployed onsite for customers?

I don't see any issues with this, provided that the SBC will be able to connect to the network and have an internet connection once on the new site, everything should reconnect just fine.

Ok....I would expect the only thing to change on the sbc would be the public IP address. Thanks ChrisC_3CX

In that case that should not be an issue.

My pleasure. Do let us know if you need anything else!
