Program Shared Park Buttons on 3CXPhone

Hi,
What is the correct way to program a 3CXPhone so that it can Park/UnPark calls to be shared with other extensions on the system. I have tried using *00/*10 and the data in both speed dial and BLF/Xfer actions programmable on the 3CXPhone buttons, however, it does not work.

BLF/Xfer the SP1 , SP2 etc

However, we are having issues with the BLF light not functining correctly. Sometimes the light stays lit until the phone reboots or sometimes the light does not light up at all even when a call is parked.
