Prompt Missing for Non Owners

We are running V20 with multi-tenant mode and for the most part, without issue.

Though, we have given certain users manager and department administrator roles but if they aren't the one to upload the prompt, they get the error "Prompt Missing" and can't make any changes at all.

This is obviously a problem as the user can't make any changes at all to the digital receptionist or call queues unlesss we send them the audio file and have them upload it themselves.

Is there a simple fix to solve this issue?

On the dashboard you have more detail.



I see this alert on 20.0 U5. On my test machine I have the RC6 and this issue is gone.

I get holding until U6 is out properly, depends how urgently you want this specific inconvenience gone.

You need to check on your dashboard not under licence.
