prompt recording from digital receptionist version 20

hello, i still see the little recording mic within Digital Receptionist on Version 20. However, it's greyed out. Has it been taken away from Version 20, or is this a user Role issue or something that I am over looking???

To record a prompt with v20 requires the browser to have access to a microphone.

Check that the computer you are using to access the admin console has a microphone and allow the browser to access it.
