Hello. We're running v20 with the latest stable update.
There is one update "UK English" prompt set which is failing to install. Installed 4.0.1 to available, 4.0.5.
It's been falling since our initial upgrade to v20.

If I select the update and click 'download', I am shown an error message stating, "Internal server error occurred. Please contact administrator".

Does anyone have any ideas please?

Thank you.

Have you tried going to Alpha and trying again?

Hi. No, I don't want to install an Alpha update.
The installation has been failing ever since v20 was released and I've seen (and previously posted, without resolution) the issue with different versions of the prompt file.

Have any changes been made to any of the prompts, requiring you to upload a new prompt? This may have caused permission issues on the disk.

As a test, go to your system prompts and click manage prompt sets

Select a random language as the default, (DONT CLICK OK!!!!!) and delete the prompt set. Confirm that you want to delete the prompt set.

Why are we doing this? And why a random language?

Well first of all, we want to see that the other prompt sets arent affected. So we want to test with a language set you arent using.

Now go to updates. Youshould see that prompt set available for download as a new prompt set.

Does this one download?

If this one succeeds, and you are brave enough, then you can try this on your UK English prompt set too.

Worse case scenario, these get deleted and you will revert to the US English prompts.

Now, going back to my first question if the prompts were modified. If you are going to modify any prompts, dont do this to the default prompts of 3CX. It is best to create a separate prompt set and use that one https://www.3cx.com/docs/localize-promptsets/

Hi Nicholas, thanks for your reply.

Yes, I was able to delete another language and download it OK so did the same with the UK English and it appears to have been successful.
I don't remember changing any existing prompts but it's possible.

Thanks again.
