Hello!

Is there a way to identify a custom prompt set from the ID?

And which service(s) do I need to restart for it to apply?

The build in prompt set IDs are published here:

A prompt set with a different ID would be a custom one (and if the instructions for creating it were followed, it should have a distinct and clear name too).

Applying it is simply choosing it as the System->System prompt for global, or within a Departments option for more limited scope (By default departments follow the global setting).
