Proof Of Concept - Missing in Dashboard

Hi,

I am not able to create a POC for a client. I created a Standard 4SC, and I need to upgrade it to Pro 8SC (14 extensions).
Where did this option move?

Upgrading the licence requires you to log in to the 3CX Customer Account portal, go to the My Systems page and, for the company/licence, click on the Upgrade link in the product column.

Alternatively, if you are going through a 3CX partner, you will need to contact them to purchase the licence upgrade.

The new procedure for the POC is to generate the trial 4SC standard license key and activate it. Then fill in a POC form offered by 3CX and send it back to your 3CX channel manager. He/she could approve the POC for you.

Since the new portal. It was abused before so they made it on-request only.
