Hi Experts,

I would like to ask for your advice on how to properly configure an outbound rule for the yearstar GSM Gateway

Here's our setup:
1. Each port in the gateway is 1 trunk in 3CX.

2. Each trunk is also equivalent to 1 call.
3. All trunks will have the same outbound prefix.
4. And I only have 1 rule for all trunk

With this setup, users can make a call using any available trunk on the GSM gateway, but most of the time they're complaining that the call would just drop without ringing and I'm seeing a Temporarily unavailable error in the log.

Is this related to the outbound rule configuration?

Please advice

Thank you

I would say no because the calls seem to go through to the Yeastar and the error is coming from the Yeastar IP address. As a first step look at the Yeastar logs (if available) to see why the call is being rejected

All of the failure logs, (attempts on various 3CX trunks), you posted, show all calls going to port 5060, at the gateways IP. I should think, that, as you have created 3 different trunks, each would have been assigned a different port number, in both the gateway, and in each of the 3CX trunk settings..
