Hi all,
My service provider (NexVortex) just sent us a mail stating they are upgrading our toll free number to a more robust server and that we will be moving to an e164 dialing plan. I have no idea what that means. But basically they state the following:
Question: What do I update in the 3CX configuration to avoid interruption of service?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks a bunch.

This gateway will be sending traffic to your phone system as e164 dialing plan, which means that there will be a '+' added to the number. We will still be stripping that information with our translation feature in number routing, which will affect the INVITE header.
Please make sure your phone system will be able to handle the '+', or be able to accept traffic from the INVITE header.
