provision 3cx app inside and outside office

i have 3CX Server install on Debian 9 on my office with ip 192.168.100.220 have Dynamic ip ( no static ) but its ok its working ...
for Ext using windows 3CX or 3CX App on Android when they are on office using same LAN it is OK and Working
but when they are outside office they can't connect ...
So.....
when i log in to 3CX Management Cosole > Extension > Phone Provision > Network Interface >>> i found 2 .. the Local IP and the FQDN > if i choose FQDN and TLS for sip transport its working well outside office but i should manully do it and replace between ip (UDP )(inside office ) and FQDN (TLS) (Outside Office )
How to make it work automatically switched between IP and FQDN

Hi Khaled,

The Android Client automatically tries to use the internal IP and if not reachable it will then try connect to the external IP via FQDN (actually it will always try both but will connect to the one that answers first).

Have you tried using the tunnel mode to see if this helps? It requires Port 5090 open on the PBX side's firewall
