Solved Provisioning a Polycom Soundstation 6000

HI All

I have a Polycom SoundsStation 6000, my 3CX is hosted in AWS Lightsail.I have manually upgraded the phone software to ver. 4.0.10.0689. I will be using a SBC for all the other phone registrations but not Polycom. I have read https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/polycom-soundstation-5000-6000-7000/ , and tried manually entering provisioning link using WAN address, but the Polycom will not register. Also am i entering the prov. link in correct place Polycom WEB portal. Can someone please help. Thanks.

Limitations
Note that these phones can not be used from a remote location or in combination with a 3CX in the cloud.

Known limitations of Polycom 5000, 6000 & 7000 are:

• No PnP support.
• No STUN support.
• No SBC support.
• No full CTI support - make call only.
• Manual DST support.
• No distinctive ringing for external, queues or IVRs.
• Multicast Paging Groups are not provisionable.
