Sorry, I'm pretty new to 3CX. I have a Polycom VVX 300 from a hosted PBX account that we had with Nextiva. We are wanting to move away from Nextiva now that we have 3CX up and running in our corporate office. When I try to provision the phone, the only options I have for Polycom phones are the SoundPoint phones.
Have any of you had any success with the VVX 300? I can't seem to find any firmware for this model. Maybe I'm doing it wrong though - I've never had to set up a phone that wasn't supported by default in 3CX.
I'm running version 12.
