Provisioning control - moderation possible??

The 3CX extension provisioning for windows client and android phone is really simple - perhaps too simple

Is there a way for admin to moderate provisioning activities.? For example if a user tries to re-provision an extension can this be held until an admin allows it through the console.

Not possible - why would you want to do that?
provisioning also happens every time the app is restarted.
