Provisioning Grandstream HT802 v2 using STUN

I am trying to provision a Grandstream HT802 over STUN. I already created a custom template allowing the STUN traversal and disabling LAN and SBC provisioning, but the device will not register. We have clients that use only a single Grandstream so deploying an SBC is not really ideal.

Have you checked the 3CX Activity Log for clues as to why it's not registering?

Hi,
check the user that is associated with the extension on the HT802 has the following disabled

I think that would block a stun connection.

Or just install a cheap phone that will work as SBC as well, it's a whole lot easier.

Sometimes it is the simplest of things! I always forget this is on by default, ticked it off and it worked! Thank you!
