provisioning IP desk phone for hosted 3CX

I see instructions for provisioning IP desk phones which seem to be for on-premise 3CX (eg need to be on same sub-net). We have hosted 3CX Startup. How do we provision IP desk phones? We haven't bought any yet -- but would like to see the instructions and that would help us decide which ones to get

startup free you are restricted to 3cx apps

For other versions, install a 3cx sbc server https://www.3cx.com/docs/3cx-tunnel-session-border-controller/

as for physical phones, here is the list of supported phones https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/ - kept to preferred or supported

StartUP is still in beta, so at the moment you cannot connect any IP phones but you can use the 3CX apps.
