Provisioning issue on Snom320

Can anyone shed some light on this issue within the Phones section of 3CX. The names keep switching every 30 seconds or so from 'Snom320 8.7.3.25' to 'Snom Snom320 8.7.3.25' All extensions are doing it - see attachment.
