Hopping you are doing well.
Need your support ASAP please.
I'm facing issue with Fanvil IP phones X1SP provisioning with using the follwing command in DHCP pool: #option 66 http://XXXX.sc:5000/provisioning/i1mioelg6t

Issue details: When the failover happen the IP phones couldn’t register with the standby automatedly, I should remove from network and plug again to register with standby.
Your fast response will be highly appreciated.

Did you set your TTL to 60? The phones can actually take some time to realize that the server IP is down and perform a DNS lookup before finding the standby server.

If you want it to be faster than that, I think your only solution is to script your phones network switch to take the ports down and up in order to force the phones to do a lookup sooner.

thank

But I don't have DNS in my voip network. And fqdn created by 3cx during the installation as on prime deployment.
Only I did static nat in firewall from WAN to Lan and Lan to any.

What type of failover are you using, failover from an on-premise host to a cloud host?

our deployment is on prime.
Active VM, standby VM and IP phones in the same LAN and subnet.
