Provisioning link - Error 500

Hi,

(First of all, sorry for my poor english)

I've got a problem with the provisioning link with a 3CX V14. I had to update my 3CX local IP, everything worked well excepted the auto provisioning on a Snom760.

So i made a backup, uninstalled 3cx, reinstalled 3cx v14 with the correct new IP and I still got an error 500 when i try to reach the provisioning link. Abyss Server respond with : Internal Error 500 ...

Everything was backep up correctly, even the Gigaset N510 works well with the wireless phones.
3CX is running on a Windows 7 updated, firewall is turned off

I tried to install asp.net, it didn't work...

I try to find an answer here before making a complete new installation.

Hi 2mrc,

I highly recommend you update from v14 to 15.5 you are behind on your versions considerably.

The snom 760 where supported by 3CX probably would require a very old version of firmware to comply so you may want to check your versions: http://wiki.snom.com/Snom760/Firmware

Hello @2mrc

As above i would recommend upgrading to the latest version and retry to provision your phone then. There have been major improvements in provisioning you should take advantage of.
