Upgraded fro V14 to V15.5, we thought everything had gone correctly but we went to add a new phone and this appears under the Extension Provisioning tab:



Looking under Provisioning in Parameters everything looks correct (IP and FQDN changed for security):

PROVISIONING_LINK_LOCAL http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:5000/provisioning
PROVISIONING_LINK_EXT http://fqdn3cx.co.uk:5000/provisioning
PROVISIONING_LINK_LOCAL_SEC https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:5001/provisioning
PROVISIONING_LINK_EXT_SEC https://fqdn3cx.co.uk:5001/provisioning
PROVISIONING_FOLDER_ROOT C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Http\Interface\provisioning
PROVISIONING_FOLDER Subfolder of provisioning URL. Provisioning URL location is provided by Web Core 1234567890

and the folder exists where it should be.

Any ideas?

Many things have changed in the templates since V14. I would recommend trying the 3CX default template and see if that works. If that does work then you will need to recreate your custom template for V15.5. Before you do so check the options of the default template as many customizations were added in recent updates.
