Provisioning on windows app give No Active Profiles

Hello,
Installed PBX on-prem but now,
i have problem with provioning on windows app,
Also i have problem when i try to put 3CX URL on the app i get Host Unknown.
How can i fix this?

You should log in to your web client and from the left side click on the app icon then provision.
