can you Provisioning Remote IP Phones from several PBX

I set up Fanvil X7A manually with the extension of each PBX, but wondering if I can from each PBX Provisioning the same phone with an extension from each PBX or if I must do it manually?

No you cannot, and even manually it's not really recommended. It can create issues with uaCSTA commands like DND.

understood, as I setup / created a few PBX one for each customer by default it starts with extension 100, the customers extensions start 2xx / 3xx / 4xx

will it still cause an issue if I will use each PBX extension 100? ( no one knows this extension, it is more for me to use and monitor if they complain about issues ( in the future) also I set up the 3CX app on the iPhone with an extension from each PBX - this way I can pick up the extension from each PBXand Dial internally?

Just provision when needed. Don't have one phone with all the accounts for testing because it's not a supported setup and would not represent the true test methodology results. Just reset and provision on one PBX whenever needed for testing.

Also, on iPhone, yes you can put all of them and switch easily between them but no more than 1 can be active at a time.

And no ext numbers won't matter.
