Provisioning Snom Extensions' BLF :: "Key Event" Missing

Dear Forum,

We are setting up 8 SNOM D385 Phones and have them entirely configured by 3CX'2 provisioning. Everything works very well except for that under BLF, we cannot configure Key Events, such as F_REDAIL or F_RINGER_SILENT. The Popup under Extension -> BLF provides Blank, Line Key, BLF (which is fantastic!), Speed Dial, Custom Speed Dial, Shared Parking, Agent Login/Logout, and Change Status; however, no "Key Event". We don't believe it would make sense to provision some BLFs from 3CX and program the other ones from the SNOM Web Interface. Are we missing something? We are on the newest 3CX Linux version. Thanks for any assistance.

You are not missing anything,

As you have found out you can only program certain functions via blf within the 3CX management console.

NOT all the existing settings are available from 3cx templates, sometimes you have to create custom or set directly in phone if by chance extra settings are not wiped each auto provisionning running once in 24h
