I have seen this before, I am not exactly sure what was causing but it was fixed by:
1) Resetting the snom phone to Factory Defaults by pressing the # key during boot. If you are using a snom 3xx series check this out: http://wiki.snom.com/FAQ/How_can_I_set_the_phone_back_to_admin_mode_or_factory_defaults_respectively
2) Reprovision the phone preferably with the uPnP option by highlighting the phone in the "Phones" node in the Management Console, imputing the provisioning link in the Web UI should also work though, if you do this though make sure you use the internal provisioning link.

Hy!

I resetted the SNOM with pressing "#" - than the 3CX Management Console found the phone - Register - OK!
