Provisioning URL

The class on VOIP Phone Provisioning for Phones not using PnP we needed to get the Provisioning URL from the Management Console - Settings - Provisioning URL

I installed V14

Under settings I do not Have a tab for "Provisioning URL"

Did I misunderstand something or do I find it in a different place

v14 has it right on the main dashboard page.
Item #5: Configure and deploy IP Phones using the Provisioning Link.

I still can not see it, is the 3CX console and Dash Board the same? If not how do I get to the Dash Board

He means the System Status page. Clicking on that opens up the "Quick Start" page, like a dashboard.
