Hi everyone, again with a strange problem: we have 100 phones/extentions on a 3CX site, latest commercial release under Linux os, 3CX server on the same lan than phones, BUT the provisionning in local lan is impossible, obliged to go through the phones web interfaces and it works but sometimes hardly. outside the site, stun and remote SBC work perfectly. Even tested an independent switch just behind the local internet router and works also.
is anyone has an idea?
Problem of firewall/switches rules? IT dept. says no but we never get this problem on any other 3CX site, even bigger.
Thanks in advance.
Bob.

Out of interest, what is the IP address scheme implemented on the site that the phones and PBX are on?

Is it within the ranges specified by the RFC 1918 i.e. 172.16.0.0 /10.0.0.0/192.168.0.0 IP range.

What phones are you trying to provision ?

Do you dhcp option 66 enabled ?, or any dhcp options that may affect 3cx

Phones are getting the correct ip address, same address range as the 3cx server
