PSTN line does not disconnect

Hi
When I get an incoming call on the pstn line and the caller hangs up. The line does not disconnect for almost 2 minutes. What can I tweak to sort that???

PSTN line to SPA 3102 to pc with 3CX.

I think this is something to do with SPA3102 settings. I also have a supposedly a correct disconnect tone 440@-30,441@-30;4(.25/.25/1+2) for Mexico and still the PSTN connection stays up for something like 30s or more after outside caller hungs up first.

Any clues guys?
