Is the public address shown on the SBC general tab from the ISP at the SBC location? I have a customer that their SBC started bouncing alot several days ago and I've noticed that it keeps bouncing between 2 different public addresses. I do see SBC drops for all my customers from time to time, mostly in the middle of the night when I assume the ISP is doing an update. However, this site is bouncing several times an hour for the last 4 days, sometimes minutes apart. I tried power cycling the ISP modem to see if that cleared anything up but it didn't. I also power cycled my Raspberry Pi but that didn't change anything either. I'm just a little confused on the 2 different public addresses and why its bouncing between the two. I know they have a DHCP public address so it will change at some point, but not constantly, sometimes minutes apart, and between 2 specific addresses. The system has been running fine for a couple months since install. This issue just started on March 1st.
