Hi,

We recently moved a customer from Google Cloud to 3CX Cloud. Everthing was working without any issues so far. Unfortunately our Customer never stopped or deleted the 3CX instance on Google Cloud. Today we got message that public IP address has been changed for the customers FQDN. Now the old Google IP address is active for our customer´s FQDN and not the IP address from 3CX Cloud. As a result phone service is not working anymore. What is the best procedure for getting IP address changed back to 3CX Cloud?

Thank you for your help!

@FloSchott open a support ticket with the Subscription that has the issue and we will check it. We will provide you with the Public IP of the Hosted by 3CX machine, you must login, restart all the services and for sure power off the Google machine or this will happen again at some point.

Hi,

Thank you for the really fast reply. I know the public IP of the hosted by 3CX machine. So the only step I have to is to login and to restart all services from management console?

Thank you!

Yes this is correct!
As per @NikosT_3CX said you need to stop the other instance to avoid such issues in the future.
